You can optionally complete a software maintenance and hotline agreement for your IMS system. You benefit from free access to new IMS versions, including:

  • Current improvements and innovations
  • Warranty for hardware compatibility (depending on availability of manufacturer SDKs) and integration of established new device models
  • Operating system and software compatibility
  • Free analysis and resolution of IMS software problems

IMS is intuitive to use and an initial introduction by our support engineer is sufficient to cope with your daily work.

In order to gain more detailed knowledge about individual functionalities or to be able to administer the system yourself, Imagic offers customized training tailored to your requirements.

IMS is delivered as a standardized setup template. The template is based on the experience of hundreds of successful installations in the materials laboratory and represents the bulk of the typical workflow. This procedure minimizes the time required for an installation and saves costs for you as a customer.

For specialties or additional requirements, IMS offers the possibility for an individual adaptation to your requirements. You can order separate services for such a customization at any time.
